Today, we remind ourselves and share how critical business analysis is. As a practice enabling change, it drives initiatives from the beginning. Business analysis establishes effective communication between stakeholders, which leads to success. And what’s most beautiful, as I see it, is that business analysis is what every person performs regardless of job position. Or even not during working hours, but in one’s personal life as well!
